The announcement of Chiranjeevi to quit acting and join politics seems to have triggered a beginning for Naga Babu's film signing spree. Naga Babu has never had so many movie offers as he is getting now.

The actor has done a few films this year and he is expected to do another 7 next year. The recently released Ek Police is a case in point.

Though these films are not great in terms of budget or expectations films like Ek Police are expected to do well in B and C class centers.
Naga Babu through these films is also carrying the political flag for Chiranjeevi's party and all the films are laden with politically strong messages. Chiru's end on screen seems to be almost the beginning of Naga Babu's filmy career.
